DV -> Adobe Premier -> SVCD: Need Help FAST!!!

Hey people. I am sorry to post in such desperation, but this is an emergency. I am trying to meet a deadline. Here is what I have. I recorded some footage with a DV camera, and editied it in Adobe Premier 6.5 then saved the final product as a MPEG. I'm having trouble both exporting it to a CD and exporting it to a tape (through premier). It only exports about 33 seconds of footage on a piece that is nearly 25 minutes long. Can anybody please please help? Assistance would be greatly appreciated. How can I burn this to a CDR (SVCD)that would be playable in a DVD player using Roxio Easy CD Creator?

First of all, could I have the specs of you machine, please? processor, memory, HDD, videocard, and full version number of premiere ( this last number could be found under help about Premiere)

Secondly, how do you export it? Do yo export it onto a CDR? or a external tape recorder? Please give me some more info in the exporting settings.

And last what version of Roxio R u using??
