i thiink i found a wierd spyware.

Just now there was a kocking sound from my speakers. Like a knock on the door. Then all of a usdden my comp started going slow. I opened up task manager and notice a program using up 100% cpu usage. The program was called YPager.exe, i have no idea what this program is, i didn't install it. Is this a virus of some sort of spyware?

Hmmmm....i have mesenger, but no pager. i've never seen this program before. Does Y! messenger have a spyware program in it?

Doesn't Yahoo Pager run in the background whenever Yahoo Messenger is minimized or something. I don't use it, but I believe it's "built-in" to Messenger.

i think you can take that out and yahoo messenger will still work, or you could just kill it every time you start y messenger

ypager is yahoo messenger...

if you kill it, the messanger will dissapear.

I kept hearing a knocking sound from my speakers and it was driving me CRAZY!!! Finally I figured out it was my cell phone signal. I almost went nuts trying to figure it out.
