Well, I reformatted to windows 2000 (finally), and now I can't get my AGP (Video Controller) driver to work.........I put in the system disk for the motherboard and installed it but it was installing VxD AGP drivers which i think is for windows 98. Anyways, i went to PC Chips site and still no luck. If anybody has any links or anything that could help, please help! I have the PC CHIPS M817LMR mobo.
EDIT: Fixed, weird......maybe this is how your suppose to do it in windows 2000 and im not use to it.........in win98 i put on the vga compatible video controller then ATI's drivers for my radeon 9200. on windows 2000 it said my video controller wasnt installed (device manager had a ! by it) well when i tried installing my video controller (ali magik 1647) on win2k it didnt work......it just didnt do anything (the installation went fine). so i say what the hell lets try the radeon drivers.....and it works!
very odd i must say, i dont know how it really worked

but it did
