Hey whats up?!

well, i had / have the same problem u have man...
just wanted to say u still have a problem, coz now, when u use the DIGITAL cable - coax or optical, u cannot here the original 5.1 surround of pc games
u c, games mostly work with analoge 5.1, witch u cannot hear with a digital connection though digital connection has better quality... there are SOME games that use DOLBY DIGITAL code witch can be used with a digital cable but are only few ones...
so if u use a reciever's pro logic I / II or software upmix u only hear a "fake" surround with un-original sound sources (only 2 channels ofcurse)
hey, prologic II works great - but that is intended for music hear.
