xbox question/network

penn state has a thing that says you can not have an xbox, ps2, or gc hooked up over the internet and to enforce this, they make you register your ethernet card on you computer for your jack.

my questions
1 is there a way to hook my xbox live through my computer?

2 is there a way to get around the ethernet registration and use a router or something to hook the two up

3 ( i know this is in another thread but) is there a way to play xbox games over the internet on my computer?

4 do you think that it is wrong for me to "waste their bandwidth" with playing xbox live?

thanks

2. Yes, you can use a router (99% positive...check on it).

4. No.
