Help!! Drive Image 2002...

Hello All,
I use Drive Image 2002 aka Drive Image 6 to create images from Windows as well as Dos. Now whenever I create or restore an image, DriveImage has to go in dos mode to execute the operations. When DriveImage goes into dos to execute the operations, it has an extremely long loading time (30 min or so) at the Drive Image logo loading screen. The program will load up after that time has expired & work properly but the load times are ridiculous. Has anyone had this issue & if so how was it resolved.

I'm using Drive Image 2002. I've never had it take that long to load the program when booting to DOS. Does this happen only from the hard drive or from the floppies also?
