3DMark '03: Score 1600

Is that good/bad/ok?

I know nothing of benchmarking but I would have to say it all depends on your hardware (which you didn't list).

mybad.

Athlon 2600+
Radeon 9800 Pro
1.5gb PC2700 DDR333
A7V8X-X Mobo

I don't see anything special about a couple of those benchmark tests, at least significant enough to drop my computer down to 1-5FPS.

whoa; with a radeon 9800 pro you should be getting high 4000s or around 5000

Yeah, way too low. Do you have the current catalyst drivers? Also, are you running 3dm03 at defaul settings?

Yeah i think that is bad, i got 1410 3dmarks on my comp (with 3dmark2001 SE, says on futuremark.com that the marks are comparable tho)

specs:
PIII 667
Win2k SP4
DX9.0b
Geforce2 MX 100/200 2xAGP 64MB
320MB SDRAM

so u should get WAY higher than 1600!

Hmmmm.......that does seem low.

i built a system for a guy, Barton 2500+, Radeon 9800Pro, 1GB DDR RAM and i got a score of close to 6000. I am not sure what the AA and AS were set at though.

I wonder if AA and AS are setup by default or not? I would not think Full AA and AS. Try running the benchmark with the default settings at 1024x768. See what you get then.

My guess is that it might be the AA and AS setup.

Whoa!
Thats way to low for you system IMO. Maybe its the video card drivers. Do you have the latest? You even go awesome Ram, which your score should be around the 5k. Try to configure the benchmark settings and see what you get. Hope this helps
