I got one a month ago at Fry's and really like it. (150 after 50 rebate)

I'd go with Samsung 19" SyncMaster 955df from www.newegg.com for 140$ shipped free.

yeah, dont buy it at $199...just wait and they will have it for probably $139 ish. The have the rebate deals regularly.
