audigy 2 install problems

I am finishing building a new computer but after restarting after I installed the audigy 2 sound card, a blue screen appears

What IRQ is it using and is it sharing that IRQ. Try switching around the cards you have.
What is your power supply brand, wattage and max amp ratings?
While you are at it list the rest of your system details.Motherboard RAM brand etc.
