Remove the reference in win.ini to stop it from trying to load on boot
that or reinstall the program / verify the file is there if you WANT it loading.

I think it has to do with a scanner, or OCR software.
Do a file search for *ocra*.* and then search the registry for ocra.

Start -> Run -> win.ini
Find it in there and remove the reference to it.

you can't find anything with a search because it's no longer on the computer! Open the Win.Ini file in the System Information program and edit it out.

you have a scanner with optical character recognition?? such as omnipage LE OCR software?? if so try uninstalling it.. still no go...
open win.ini with notepad and just comment out the line that contains C:......\ocraware.exe
