Should I get a new motherboard?

Im posting this in another thread as no one was replying to my old thread how ever many times I asked,

About a week ago now I got a blue screen with this error

"Hardware fault"

"Please contact vendor"

Also a couple days later I got this when I turned on

http://www.cncmatrix.com/coolstuff/wtf.jpg

Windows has also frozen many times since then, I think the problem is my motherboard and a couple other people ive talked to agree, but I want to know if anyone thinks it could be something else?

Heres my specs

Shuttle AK35GTR MB
AMD Athlon 2000XP
MSI Geforce4 Ti4200 128mb
Creative Audigy 2 Soundblaster Platinum
1GB DDR Ram
2 NIC's

Unhook everything but the video card and the hdd. Make sure the ram and the video card are seated well. Next, I'd try another video card to see if you get the same problem. Lastly, I'd test the ram using www.memtest86.com. Post back w/ the results from each step.

You might also make sure you have the newest GeForce drivers available from http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp or http://www.msi.com.tw/program/suppor...ist.php?part=2

1- Do you have a good strong PSU?
2- Do you have AGP voltage adjustment available on that mobo? Try steppping it up by 0.1V and see what happens - but only after ruling out everything else here.
3- Are you OCing in such a way that it might affect the PCI or AGP clock adversely?
4- Do you have the latest AGP driver installed for your chipset?
5- It looks like something may be stepping on the video BIOS area. Try locking the video BIOS area: addresses A000-C800 so nothing else can use it. You can usually do that in your BIOS setup by "reserving" address blocks. While you're in the BIOS, make sure that the video bios shadowing is DISABLED!
6- Is your video card seated properly?
7- Visit Adrian's Rojak Pot and check out his BIOS optimizing guide to improve your knowledge of the settings.
Check those out and let me know.

1. Ive got a 550W PSU
2. Don't think so
3. Nope not overclocking at the moment
4. Yepp got the latest driver, I don't think its anything todo wit the drivers as ive formatted and reinstalled all the drivers and the problem continues.
5. Ill try that
6. Yepp that was one of the first things I checked
7. I don't think it could be the bios becus ive barely touched the Bios in over a year.

I say find someone w/ one you can use to test. I'd hate for you to just take a 50/50 chance and not get the right thing.

But if I absolutely had to choose, 2
