Hi!
Is there any Micro-ATX motherboard with nVidia's video that has S-Video Out and with 5.1 sound?

You should also check out the Shuttle MN31N. Dual VGA,Realtek 6 Channel sound, N-Force 2 Micro ATX Board. Has some nice features. Link
