house call results

I ran house call online on my other 'puter because it was not booting properly,etc.
It came up with these uncleanable virus'.-
TROJ PROXGUZU.A
BKDR NETDEVIL.1.5 (twice, different locations)

Anybody here of these? I had the option to delete, but not clean.
I'm runing zone alarm pro but now it does not come on at start, and the anti virus that is old doesn't start.
Where/how do I start the fix?

If you cant clean it you're best off just trying to backup important data (if you can), then try deleting it. If all seems well you might be ok. However the only time or 2 ive ever gotten a virus thats uncleanable I just format/reinstall

i cant find anything on the trojan. look at the program called the cleaner. does a good job
