Photshop question

Can any one tell me if its possible in Photo shop 7 to scan in a photo or picture and alter the picture to just the out line in blackof the picture

Also is it possible to alter the pic so all the different colours are out lined in black like a painting by numbers picture.

Or is this too much to ask even from photoshop.

It is very possible! If you know what you are doing, this is easy to accomplish with Photoshop.

http://www.techimo.com/forum/t78728.html in that thread you will see a car that I outlined most parts and then filled in various colors to create a cartoonish vehicle, and Outpatient has a demonstration of outlining that car [then you can stroke the outline]

you can do more than what you can imagine with Photoshop, definatly my number peice of software ever
