Good motherboard

Hey could u guys suggest any really good motherboards with SATA and up to atleast 3200 barton?? I also need a good built in sound card ty.

That would be the ultimatly pointless ACR {Advanced Communication Riser} the only thing that uses these slots are a few NIC's and I have never seen one to use ACR.
