Case fan placement

How should i have my fans setup in my case. I have 2 front casde fans and 1 rear case fan. What direction should they point.

the front fans need to blow in ... the rear one needs to blow air out.

I highly recommend a blowhole in the top of your case

hot air naturally rises, so it just makes sense
still front and rear fans too.
