on the machine that have a new load, do they have a link light on the network card or router?

also on the new machines, do they get a 192.168.*.* number from the router?

Is this a new router that you are hook up for the first time?

The computer that is working have you updated the firmware?

first get the machine that you can get on the net with hooked up ALONE. when you're sure you can get on line and everything is working, hook up your router and go into the control panel thru your web browser and clone your MAC address. This will transfer the address your service has given you from that computer to your router then all your other computers should work when set to find IP address automatically.

Have you tried unplugging BOTH the modem and the router for 30 seconds?
I had the exact same issue as you a while back with a DLink and RR... It just needed to reset itself... The reset button didn't work either.

can you still get on the net with the old computer alone? If you can that computer should be able to cloned from the router.

If you can't get on the net you may have to uninstall, and reinstall your network card in device manager

Great!
Glad it worked out... Sometimes simple things are the culprits.
