Time on websites

I've had a problem, albeit minor, with sites like TV Guide listings saying the show is at 10:30pm and it's actually at 9:30pm. For instance, let's say right now it is 4:30pm, I go to the TV Guide website and it shows me the lineup for 5:30pm. The things at 5:30 are correct, but just at 4:30pm. So when I go to the website I have to subtract an hour from what time it says and that is the right time. Any ideas? Hope this makes sense.

This generally due to a server being located in one time zone and you in another or an improperly set cookie (if the site allows you to choose a timezone) or because the server is set to GMT and the site uses cookies and your cookie is still set for "standard" time instead of "daylight savings time" or the server is set to time and didnt make the same kind of time adjustment like you did concerning standard/daylight time ect ect ect
