Can't erase history cache cookies

I tried Privacy eraser, smart protector and many other programs that erase temp internet files history, web location bar, cookies, cache etc. But none of them is erasing tracks. If anybody knows why, please let me know.

Spybot will remove usage tracks if that is what you mean.

Have you tried manually deleting these files in Safe Mode?

Cheers!

Thanks Beemer,

I've used 'Privacy Eraser' before. What it does is it erases all temp files stored. Including netscape history (mydefault browser) cookies, cache, web location bar registry....... so when windows reboot nothing is left in history, cache no cookies every thing cleaned out. If I use Privacy Right now cookies remain unerased, cache, web location bar still contains previous urls ....

Send a message via ICQ to crouse

Not sure if that will help or not..... but it's interesting none the less.......

Is it just in IE only that won't erase history??
