Help with weird problem.

Hey guys, I play battlefield 1942 and for some reason sometimes when I take a screenshot my entire comp freezes, locks up and I have to hold power key to turn it off. This seems to be a random issue and it is very annoying when taking a screenshot to have computer freeze, also I was trying to use FRAPS and when I hit REC the game froze like it does when I take screenies. Anyone know what can cause this and how to fix it?

What's your OS please?

your systems good unless some of the hardware component is freaking out. have you checked your windows installation? corrupt registry? wrong drivers installed? is your system OC'd?

Hey i got exactly the same problem

System crash at the time i press the REC key (Using fraps 2.0, half size capture @ 25fps)

I used it with my old nvidia geforce2 mx 100/200 without having troubles, so i think it comes from a parameter on my graffic card but i'm not sure. >>>> Help needed

My system specs
P4 1.5 ghz
MSI-850 Pro2
ATI Radeon 9600 PRO
384 Mo RDram
OS: Win 2000 pro
