Outlook 2000 - send as someone else

Is there a way to reply to or compose an email as someone else...

Here's the deal, the executive assistant here in the office would like reply to or compose emails from her machine but have it appear like it the executive sent it.

I figure if I set up the executives email accounts on her machine she could just go to accounts and change the default account to the executive she wants to send from and then compose the email.

I was wondering if there is an easier way?

Thanks
Allan

EDIT-----
Nevermind, I found it. In the new message select options and select the account from the "send message using" box.

as long as she has permissions in exchange to "Send on behalf of"

You can do it that way, or you can put the FROM box on the message form

(in the message toolbar 'View --> From Field' )

Thanks Vass..

We are using POP...
"from" isn't available in Outlook (not that I can see), I know it's there for outlook express but the only extra box in view is "BCC"
