Well its a really small dl....

Whenever I start a download it tells me im going like 300k/sec but then it slowly goes to the actualy speed (like 90k/sec on my dsl)

Now if he was dling at that speed for like a 100MB file then... wow!

The timer starts after you click OK to saving, but the file has already downloaded while the computer waited for the biological user to read the text, decide what to do, etc.

Using RoadRunner Cable.... Time Warner... it's been really wacko lately.... some days it's fine others it's slow... This morning I clicked on the download button and Bam, I was done. I was like .... what the heck? But, to bad it isn't always like that. The file size is 2.5MB.... but what a wacky download.....
