Kids Portable notebook with decent graphics?

I've been looking for a sub-5 pound notebook with decent graphics to take with me to college. Went through tons of sites, reviews, ads...and have come to the conclusion that they don't really exist...or I'm not looking in the right places. Hopefully the latter.

I'm probably looking for a Centrino because of it's (generally) above average battery life. I want the lightest notebook possible with memory dedicated to graphics, or if an integrated graphics, if it could run 3d games well enough. My limit is around $2,000. Any input would be greatly appreciated...I'm all out of ideas.
