well i just called dell and they help me. man theres so many things i had to do. i mean it took like 2hrs now i have to install my drivers and at the moment i'm on thye phone with them he said is gonna take like 30 to 45 min to do that. shoot

It only takes 25-30 minutes then

Just try to remember what you're doing in case something happens again in the future

Not to mention stick around, read some posts and see how people suggest fixin' stuff

I learned lots about my first computer from Compaq tech support. It was free and I could call any time and as many times as I wanted. Use them lots. You'll not regret the experience.
