Asus A7N8X vs Deluxe: whats the difference?

So what are the differences between the ASUS A7N8X and the ASUS A7N8X deluxe?

The deluxe isn't too much in price comparison either, you may as well go for the deluxe for the extra features which are pretty good. You may eventually need sata and the 2 lan cards are a very nice touch as it saves on pci slots.

ok i don't understand the need for 2 Lan controllers....what would that be used for?

Connecting another system directly to it (with crossover cable)

or use it as a server of some sort ...

I connected a system to it w/out the crossover cable. I used it to share internet access between the two, worked like a charm.
