Why don't you get it and test it out for your self and see how it runs and if you like it, keep it. If not, sell it.

Is it a 5900 Ultra?
If it is not, your card should still kick ass!

What are you going to do with the ati radeon 9700 pro? That's still a great gaming card.
The msi geforce cards are great, from the abit review I read, it performed quite well.
This is msi, so it should perform very well itself as it was competeing with the ati radeon 9800 pro and barely lost against a card it shouldn't be competing against.
From what I could tell, it's a very good card.
For the money, it would sell for a good amount, unless you can return it to new egg still?

The regular 5900s perform somewhere between 9700 pro and 9800 pros; the 5900 ultras are slightly better than the 9800 pro i believe

If you want my opinion ... it's just not worth the upgrade...the 9700 Pro is serving you fine - I assume.

why not just try it first like mentioned previously then decide which you like since you couldnt go wrong with either one of the cards.
