Recently bought Mouse

Hey Guys
I just recently bought a mouse from IBM.com and I just want to know if someone have had any experience with a IBM Mouse before. I havent still recieved it, but I have already bought it and I will recieve it soon I guess. Its an optical black mouse, and I found it to be good looking and since its IBM I think its good quality. I have bought mouses (optical) from Microsoft and Logitech, not very expensive, but either not cheap, and none of them have really impressed me. I also liked the price of it, although its simple since I dont like many buttons, just two with a scroll. I also really like the color, black is one of my favorite for computer stuff. Do you think its worth the bucks? Just want opinions

*Here is the site where you can see it by yourself*

IBM Scrollpoint Mouse, $24

thanks for listening

dan

I've never tried that mouse before, but i would say $24 is a bit steep for a simple two buttoned mouse + wheel.

My next mouse is this baby:

Optimus Prime- That mouse looks funny, but im sure that it performs very great, looks like its for gaming...they seem to invent new weird mouses. Have you guys heard about this new mouse what seem to be vertical, and won a lot of awards, one from PC World? I dont remember the name of it, but it sure looked weird

Most people tend to go for the usuall Microsoft/Logitech mouses. I am trying to stay away from them since I have currently just had problems with them (especially Microsoft) and most tend to be sometimes expensive. Thats why I decided to try other brands besides these ones. Hope I get a good experience...

I recently bought a Samsung opitical mouse and it's great. I'd never used an optical one before and I am very impressed with this mouse, the LED sensor under the mouse glows all around the base of the mouse and it looks good too. Only £7.99, about $12 on special offer.

DanGrease, you are right, it is for gaming . It looks really weird, and the mouse ball is in the back of the mouse, not in the middle, so it is more sensitive to your wrist movements.

Sorry, $24 is not that expensive for a mouse, I was thinking that it was £24 but if you convert it, it is actually £15. So, you got a steal in my opinion!

I noticed that you are from Sweden... Did you order that mouse from IBM, or did you get it from a store in Sweden? I'm asking because I'm wondering how much the shipping costs are.

Yes, I ordered the mouse directly from ibm.se which is the ibm site for Sweden. It will take some days I guess, two days have passed now, but I thought I would give it a try ordering from the internet. I think that you will have to order from ibm.co.uk, since I think, im not sure, they only ship inside Sweden. But im sure it would be probably a similar price @the UK I guess, although many people I know that come from there say that its hell expensive over there. Although I liked the mouse you are interested in, looks like a great mouse, I really like simple mouses since I dont play games. Hopefully I will make this mouse my favorite but who knows. Hope i recieve it soon since I dont have that much pacience
