Looks like you have a virus and its sending itself out from your system. If I were you I would disconnect from the internet until you find out for sure. If it is a virus your spreading it.

i know its something but i basically live on the internet. and i would format but again i have this windows issue with the burners, and other stuff, i must have gotten hit really hard with something, still trying to find a cure on what the deal

Well I think you are being a bit selfish, here you are spreading a virus around because you live on the internet. I hope your address book is rather limited, and your friends have better virus protection than you.

i ran an update on mcfee viruscan professional because i have like 5-7 more others and forgot this and whne updated it found a dark shadow something. so i deleted it so far still running the scan
