I'd go for the RAM. It supports 3 DIMM DDR 200/266/333 (Max. 3 GB)

Get 1gig min.

The Athlon XP, 2700+ @333MHz CPU would be nice. (2.183GHz)

Cheers!

First thing I would add is a good cable lock, cause somebody is gonna steal if from your dorm room.

If you MUST upgrade something, I suggest a 2500+Barton processor. The rest of the system should handle 200 FSB.

You could trade the old processor for a Logitech Wireless MX duo, so you could lock them up, too.

Maybe depends on what you use the system for.

Maybe depends also on what FSB speeds the motherboard supports.

Its pretty stout as it is.

Evidently the Barton 2500 is a pretty popular cpu these days for price/performance.

Maybe SCSI or RAID hard drives. That's a pretty sweet system, and I wouldn't bother upgrading unless you have money to burn. If you want a faster CPU, overclock that one, you could probably gain some performance that way, but it isn't worth putting more RAM in unless you will use it (or want the dual channel), and the graphics card should do you for some time yet.
One thing I would suggest is to buy an optical mouse if you don't already have one, they're great, and last pretty much forever.
