About a month ago I wanted to sell my system and build a new one in one of those Shuttle cases. I was planning on adding a single 70mm fan (the thin ones [about 10mm thick] that AMD uses on their HSFs) on each side of it...that would cool it pretty well as they already have heatpipes in them.

Even 3 running at 25dba (which is about as low as you can get running 12v) would be unbearable.
ur right, i member once i had bought a pc case with fan in it and psu and i turn the pc on with the fan and it was loud as hell.... only way u can quiet is it its a gun, metal, proof case. THICK lol

I didn't ... built a water cooling setup instead. I read a lot of reviews though ... and it seems like just pushing a little air through them would cool them very well.

There's a lot of different ones Shuttle makes (note you have to buy not only the case, but the motherboard is included, so it's a barebones kit)

MSI also makes a neat one geared specially for HTPC systems called the MSI Mega that I really like - if it wasn't for Pentium 4s only.

There are several others...check here to find some more.
