AOL Instant Messenger
Does anyone know how long it takes, once you cancel AOL, to be able to use a screenname you had on AOL on AOL Instant Messenger?

From what I've been told AOL reserves your SN for at least 6 months after you cancel AOL just in case you sign up again and want to retain your old SN.
