Kids System Restore Wont Work!?!?!

Ok,

I am writing for a friend who is stumped

She has Win ME, and she had her System Restore working back a while ago (like 3 months ago) and she recently told me she can no longer get it to work. It will not allow her to set a date or anything.

Any suggestions???

Thanks guys!!!

*** UPDATE ***

Ok, we were just trying to turn it off and see what happened, and she could not find the System Restore Settings Key, but when she clicked HELP, it told her there was a suspicious script running in her System Restore. It says RSTRUI.EXE

Ok, NOW, any suggestions??? LOL

There is a fix for the Win-ME System Restore in windows update.
With out the update the Win-ME System Restore is buggy as hell.
