If you go Start, Shut down, or Restart, it will close the toolbar, but the ttolbar just comes back and it doesn't shut down. Anybody know what's going on? Also, when he presses CTRL-ALT-DELETE, it says that this has been disabled by the administartor. How can I re-enable it? Thanks a ton.
