AMD Barton 2500+ only runnin at 1.1ghz HELP

I'm a complete noob at this.
I got an AMD Barton 2500+ and if I'm not mistaken it should be running at 1.83ghz. Now my problem is its only running at 1.1ghz which is obvioulsy not what i want.

I've been told that my FSB is at 100 instead of 166 of what it should be. Now again if I'm not mistaken I need to change my FSB in the bios under some "voltage" option. Here is my problem
when I try changing the values for my FSB away from 100 it tells me that MIN - 100 ~~ MAX - 132.

I cant even enter 133 or 166 and putting 132 just makes windows load up slower then at 100.

So again what I need help with is how to change my FSB?

Which motherboard is the Barton on?
If you list that i'm sure we can tell you the specifics on changing the CPU speed to 166 mhz.

Check the manual for your motherboard for a jumper setting that allows you to switch between 100mhz and 133/166mhz system bus settings as you may need to have that jumper set to 133/166 to set the bus in the BIOS up past 132mhz.
