Something rather crazy is happening to me..only me! In the recent past, maybe 80% of images (JPGs) sent out to many friends and family, some get to the Juno accounts all garbled..like the following:

The above sample is the code-text (ascii?) that makes up an image. This is what happens some(most)times when sending an image to the Juno accounts.
I have done some tests, and conversed with several Juno email account holders..the following is what I have uncovered or determined so far.
No one else is having any problems what so ever sending images to anybody with a Juno account...just me (or maybe anyone using my same ISP?)
No one else is affected...only Juno users (myself included as I have Juno as a backup email service) I can send an image to my Juno, my Hotmail, back here to my POP3 account..and alls great..only Juno is affected, yet I am not sure it is Juno's problem.
I can attach and image twice in the same email, one placed in an HTML email, and the other as an attachment. The one added to the html inside the rich (HTML) text will go thru..no problem..the same image sent as an attachment arrives at any Juno account with only the above data text..no image. If I return that screwed up image-text back to me at my POP account, I get a partial picture with the colors all messed up..but..no ascii type text!!
This appears to have begun about the same time my POP ISP email server installed some kind of virus scanning software. I have not been able to prove any relationship between this glitch and the scanning software, but appears to be related.
I have read where some anti virus software will take a file apart, look for signs of any script that has virus code, reassemble the file and pass judgment on, or send the file...perhaps the anti-virus software my ISP email server is using is not configured properly?..or is not reassembling the attachments in such a manner that Juno can recognize the attachment as a JPG image?..If so..why does the image get to any other ISP intact...except Juno?
Any thought will be welcome.. I would like to present the above to my ISP as well as Juno..but would like some different thoughts and input first.
Thanks
