Can't get rid of a virus

File infected is DLLHOST.EXE
Virus is worm/nachi
Path is WINNT\system32\wins\DLLHOST.EXE

I'm using AVG ant-virus. It can't cure the file and when I erase the file it comes back.

We just had Nachi sweep through our network. We cleaned nearly 2000 machines using McAfee, but we had to apply the MS patch described here first.

It sounds like you are being re-infected just as fast as you clean, which is what I was seeing during our event.
