Need Decent OC Board for Under $75

I am looking to get a decent mobo that works well for overclocking. I want it to be cheap (under $75) and it has to support AMD Athlon XP, and have integrated sound/lan. As far as memory I would prefer that it supports DDR400 and 333. But at the least it must support DDR333. Also, the more RAM slots the better, but at least 2. No integrated graphcs

I am looking at the Shuttle AN35N Ultra 400 right now as I have heard good things about it and it holds up fairly well in the benchmarks to more expensive systems (according to Tom's hardware guide).

So opinions on the Shuttle AN35N Ultra 400 and reccomendations are greatly appreciated!

While you're looking for a cheap board make sure your ram is up to snuff. I bought an A7N8X refurbed for $70, but had to put 120 wort of ram in it since it wouldn't take my stick of Crucial or sompletech 512.
