what happen to ctrl + alt + delete & msconfig
when i press ctrl + alt + delete, a green grid box shows at the bottom tray bar, but no screen no more, and msconfig or regedit doesn't show either, windows error? or i need to format or something

Sounds like you installed something that overrides the standard shortcut of ctrl alt del
" and msconfig or regedit doesn't show either," doesn't show?!
Does that mean when you run it theres an error? or no error and they don't run?!

Just click on the green grid in the taskbar. The green grid simply the processor monitor.. not sure why its defaulted to being minimized but thats all thats happened..
If it doesnt load u might have a more serious problem

Ohhhh THAT green grid!
I run a DC client so mine's always solid light green
SO you double click the grid, and it pops up and disappears?
You don't have a stuck windows key do you?

what about making my cd rom not read anything, cause funny sh*t has been happening to my pc lately, and i ran the latest Mcfee Virus scan, found nothing out of 62,000 files

Is it possible to so a system restore to an earlier time?
If so, give it a try.

Might be spyware. Run Spybot, adaware and do an on-line virus check. Some of this stuff also disables anti-virus progs on your drive as well.
