autocad plotting - HELP

HELP PLEASE!
Am switching over from R14 to 2004 autocad...... have transfered/converted our PC2 file to the 2004 (or thought I had!!) Although its not working. Pen widths state that they are the same, but the output I recieve from the printer isnt what it should be....

Have tried to plot to our Largescale plotter, converting the PC2 file for that and it seems to be fine. The printer we are using is an HP laserjet 5100tn.

Anyone with thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I realize this message is about 2 months old but I may be able to help you. I just don't understand your question though. Are you asking about line weights when you print aren't matching those you set up in the pen set up?
