Systems sound problem

HELP I NEED SOMEBODY HELP I NEED ANYBODY TO HELP ME WITH MY SOUND PROBLEM. I HAVE JUST INSTALLED A NEW MOTHERBOARD K7S5A PRO. WHEN I CORRNECT MY FRONT PANEL AUDIO SOCKETS TO MOBO. MY ONBOARD BACK OF CASE SOCKETS STOP WORKING. (PLEASE HELP I HAVE TWO STRANDS LEFT.)

(YES AS INSTRUCTED BY MAINBOARD MANUAL) FRONT PANEL SOCKETS WHEN CORRNECTED WORK JUST FINE.

My best guess is that when you connect the front panel audio connectors, it overrides the rear connectors, essentialy turning them off.

Please turn of the caps. It's considered yelling.

Sir,

Check in the device manager and see if everything is detected properly. If it is and it appears that your system is playing sound without gettings errors then the sound should be working.

Make sure that you are using amplified speakers, also check your front panel audio connectors. If you are using them try removing them for now and replace the default jumpers back on pins 5,6 and 9,10. Then test the rear audio ports to see if you get sound.
