Need Logo for my Band

Hello
As you may or may not know I have a Punkrock band and we need a nice and good looking logo for us. Our bands name is "Nokalt" which we pronounce as "Knock-Out" but we changed the letters a bit so it looks better. I have sketched and tried to come up with some idea and we decided to have the name in 3D and replace the O with a Boxing glove so that people can get the idea of the name. I am going to attach a file made in Paint, very fast, so that you guys can get the idea and make a great logo. I know there are people in this forum that are really great doing these type of stuff and one guy that always comes to my mind when I think of great Graphic Designs is Out. Well, all the posts will be very appreciated, thanks for the attention

It doesnt need to be like my sketch at all, its just my idea, but I like the idea of the glove so that one you can keep. You can invent the design, it doesnt need to be like I want it to be, you guys are free to give suggestions. I really dont want it to be that detailish, just a simple logo, since its for my band. Nope, no site where you can get design ideas Fox, I just want your idea of how you would think it would be cool. Thanks guys

I am repeating the same thing over and over again, I am not a graphic designer so this is just a 5 min sketch in paint of an idea, but you guys can make your own suggestion. I thought more people would help instead of critizise and help, well my fault.

Why would someone email you? To discuss what? Your insult?

Or maybe to discuss which filter you're going to use to "help" them out?

It's like they say about Photoshop, you either have talent or you have filters, rarely do you need both.
