Question about Switches

I know it doesn't exactly pertain to computer hardware, but I am unable to find an answer on my own. I'm not a huge electronics buff but I'm sure someone here is. I believe what I'm trying to find is a SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) Momentary switch but I'm not positive. Push it up or down and you have to hold it there to apply power to the circuit you want, then when released it returns back to center position breaking the circuit. 3 poles on the bottom of the switch, 1 center for incoming hot and 1 outgoing for each of the switch positions. I'd stick a relay in the circuit so I'm not worried about the switch needing to handle 12v 30a or anything. I just need to make sure I'm asking/looking for the correct switch.

I haven't found diddly squat at the local Radio Shacks and I haven't found another electronics store to look in. Thanks for any help.

cali,

We use all types of switches here where I work. We have the switch you are looking for. I can send you one if you would like. Let me know if you are interested.

Would I ever be interested. Not to sound greedy but do you think I could get 2? If not even the one will atleast help me find another. I see your in NJ. Not sure why my location doesn't show up but I'm in Philly, depending on where in NJ you may not even have to mail it.

Send a message via AIM to DanU
Jameco offers one SPDT momentary switch. They also have a DPDT momentary switch as well:
