DDR=DoubleDataRate

i.e. 133mhzX2=266MhzDDR(PC2100 DDR SDRAM)

Regular ram runs 133mhz(PC133) or 100, or 60.

DDR= Double Data Rate
faster than SDR

DDR also has a different pin config.
Dont forget PC 150.
