When is Doom 3 and HL2 supposed to be released?

I have bad news.
Several sources from local gaming stores said that they will probably end up being released in March of next year.

Doom3 is closer to being done, but they are both behind.

id has always said Doom "will be done when its done". Some say Q1 of 04 is optimistic, but I think they'll have it out by then. AFAIK, HL pretty much was done, its the problems with the nvidia cards so they have to redo the code maybe? I'm hoping it'll be out for Christmas. I'd love to get it as a present instead of paying 50 bucks.

ive checked, doom 3 is going to be release in Winter. Anyway, Half-Life has the most wanted game voted. Check your most wanted game at:

Well I know HalfLife2 was supposed to be done the 30th of this month but I did hear somewhere that since Doom3 was pushed back past Christmas HalfLife2 was going to be released a little later. So HL2 should be out in a month or two!

Doom 3 is the sad or good news depending on how you want to look at it. Carmack has pushed it back which is the sad news, good is it'll be done when its done so it'll be carmacks normal insanity about perfection!
