Let me take a stab at this
Most monitors have four buttons, with dual functions.
The left button brings up the menu. Press it first.
The up and down arrow buttons are then used to "highlight" the thing you want to adjust:
HOrizontal size - make it wider or narrow to fill the screen
Horizontal position - center the image on the screen
Vertical size - dtto
Vertical size -Ditto
Contrast
brightness
degauze - demagnetize to get the fuzzies out of the corner
YADA
YADA
YADA- whater else you can adjust
Some monitors have little symbols depicting the adjustment, so you can do it if even if you can't read english. Just look at the symbol, and figure out which adjustment it is.
After highlighting the selection, THEN press select
Now go back to the up and down arrow keys to adjust the selection
Press select when you are done, or just leave it alone and the menu will run and hide.
Hope this helps
