Pro vs Non-Pro ATI

Is there an actual true difference between ATI's Pro's and Non-Pro's?

Is it just that the Pros have a bit more Core and Memory Clock on Default.. Which a Non-pro can just be overclocked a bit to beat it?

Or what is the difference...

I need a new card... I here if u overclock 9500 u can make it better then a 9700... 9500 is 120.... 9500 Pro is 180+....

What is the difference in the two?!

You can take the 9500pro and flash the bios so the card operates as a 9700pro. The 9500 is only 128bit, and the 9700 is 256bit. So even with flashing it wont be quite as good.

"Is it just that the Pros have a bit more Core and Memory Clock on Default.." yes.

They are better because:

You get the special feeling of having a PROfessional Card...

Thats worth $100 right there.

Don't the PRO cards have extra shaders and stuff? They tend to perform a lot better, that's all I can say.
