Norton Personal Firewall 2003, I got this.... is this a problem, or nothing?

Its in the Firewall Log viewer....

Details: An instance of "C:\Program Files\Common Files\symantec shared\CCLGVIEW.EXE" is preparing to access the Internet for the first time

looks like its a normal service in norton trying to access it
