Looking for a task schedule thingy.

I want a freeware task scheduler that i can start it and it do this.

Start kazaa when i go to bed.
stop kazaa/internet connection at 10:30 am
start kazaa/internet at 12:00 pm and stop it at 3:30 pm

You can go into your internet connection and make it so that it disconnects after being idle for so long e.g. 3 hours. Im sure that if you fiddle about enough you will find a way to change it so that will connect and disconnect automatically without having to install a task scheduler.
