battle field 1942

when i try and play a multiplayer game in BF1942 everything seems to work up until i click on a game server and it starts to load. Then it takes me back to the server screen and tells me that that "the data differs from server" and it says this to me everytime i have no idea wats wrong with it. I have all the patches and have tried many different servers. if someone could help me that would be great.

Are you trying to play desert combat or plain jane?

You as you have all the patches did you get the "playfix" patch? Do you have the cd in the cd-rom player?

Apparently the v1.3 NoCD crack is at least partly to blame, the fix is to install the "PlayFix" patch.

I'm trying to get just the origanel game working i tried downloading the patch but when i click the playfix icon on the site i get an error haha my luck isnt good today i guess

I think I had that problem once with a corrupted patch I downloaded. Uninstalling and reinstalling BF1942, then installing a new copy of the patch worked fine.

I don't think you need a playfix patch if you're using a legitimate CD.. It would only be for if you're using a no-cd crack.
