Budget pick: LSI U160, available from HyperMicro. Get the whitebox kit that includes the LVD cabling and terminator.

If you have more SCSI gear to attach, the Tekram 390U3W (or even U4W) kit might be interesting - these are dual channel controllers with an added legacy SCSI channel.

The U4W is 100.00 at Newegg currently. Very inexpensive for a card of that caliber.

Be certain that the card you buy can boot a PC, some SCSI cards cannot boot.

Those I mentioned all can; they bring their own ROM chip right there on the card.

Non-bootable, ROMless cards are found at the very bottom end only (scanner/tape drive connectivity cards in the $19 range) - and even those would be bootable on this board, as long as they use an LSI chip, thanks to the embedded Symbios SCSI support. (Remember, LSI bought Symbios who in turn spun off NCR earlier.)
